If you typed the correct name of your database, but it's still prompting this overlay, make sure:
1. it does not have \PROFXENGAGEMENT included in the name. So if it is is ProfitCents\PROFXENGAGEMENT, putting in ProfitCents would work.
2. The "sa" username is not disabled in SQL Server Management Studio. You will need your IT's help in enabling the user if it is disabled.
3. If it worked on another user's end, check to see whether the information in the registry information is similar to one another (in "regedit" within Windows). You can search for CCH Integrator in the Registry Editor.
3. If you were to attempt to copy the registry information from another user, make sure it is copied to where the CCH Integrator is currently being accessed in the registry for the resulting computer. Some computers have it installed in HKEY_USERS and others have installed in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
