1. File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings
2. Trusted Locations -> Add new location -> Browse
3. Select a location that they want to be able to save & open Sageworks Excel files. Sure to check the subfolders checkbox.
4. (optional) if it throws you an error, go back to step 2 and check "Add Trusted Location on my network" and repeat step 3.
