This is typically an issue with your Internet Explorer browser settings.
Check your Privacy Settings in Internet Explorer.
- Make ProfitCents a trusted site by going to the Internet Explorer Gear button in the top right > clicking Internet Options toward the bottom of that menu > clicking the Security tab > adding http://www.profitcents.com to the Sites.
Another option is to uninstall the integrator and reinstall.

You can also clear cache and browsing history from Internet Explorer:
1. Click the gear in the top right of the browser > Safety > Delete Browsing History
You can also check your Active X control settings on the Security tab of Internet Options by following these instructions:
1. Go to Internet Options > Security tab
2. Click Custom level...
3. Scroll down to Active X controls and plug-ins
4. Make sure the all of the following options are selected & click OK.
-Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt: Enable
-Binary and script behaviors: Enable
-Download signed ActiveX Controls: Enable
-Download unsigned ActiveX Controls: Enable
-Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting: Prompt or Enable
-Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Enable
-Run anti-malware software on ActiveX controls: Disabled
-Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: Enable
