What do I do if I receive an error when trying to download a report into Word or PowerPoint?

First, click "OK" when you have received this error:

In Microsoft Word, click "File" and then "Options":

Choose "Trust Center" and then "Trust Center Settings...":

Select "Protected View" and unselect all 3 check boxes. Click "OK" and then "OK" again.
